Postage & Delivery
All postage charges for individual items are listed in the main shop page. There may be an additional charge if the order is more than two items and exceeds a certain size.
I will attempt to send all items within 2 days of ordering. Anything custom made may take a little longer but I will inform you of any delay asap.
Items are now only gift wrapped if requested.
Items can be returned, and a full refund given, if they are damaged on arrival or if the purchaser is unhappy with the quality of the product. The purchaser will bear the cost of returns.
Anything made to order or customised in any way is non refundable.
Please contact me before returning any items.
If you have friends or family abroad and wish to send any items from the site, please contact me by e-mail or mobile and I will be very happy to quote a price for you.
